The website also records the time you confirm that you have read this Privacy Notice and assigns a reference number to your enquiry. The enquiry form does not accept file uploads.

When managing an enquiry, authorised AUREUS personnel may add internal notes, follow-up information and enquiry status information. These records are available only through the protected administration area.

The website does not store your IP address, browser details or location as part of your enquiry record.

Why we use your information

We use information submitted through the website to receive and review your enquiry, communicate with you, understand your requirements, discuss potential services or projects, manage follow-up communication and, where a working relationship develops, support the administration of that project.
