Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern your use of the AUREUS MediaTech website. Work undertaken for a client is governed by the applicable quotation, proposal, contract or other written project agreement.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by AUREUS MediaTech (“AUREUS”).
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
These are website terms only. They do not replace any quotation, proposal, contract or other agreement between AUREUS and a client for a particular project.

You may browse the website and use its Start a Project form for genuine enquiries.
You must not:
- submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful or malicious content;

Information on this website
The website provides general information about AUREUS and its technology, media and creative services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information displayed on the website is not a quotation, fixed price, contractual commitment or guarantee of availability.
Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms and timelines are determined separately for each project and confirmed in the relevant written project documentation.
We aim to keep information on the website accurate and current, but information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract between you and AUREUS and does not require either party to proceed with a project.
AUREUS may accept, decline or choose not to pursue an enquiry.
You should ensure that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Project agreements
If AUREUS and a client agree to work together, the project will be governed by the applicable written quotation, proposal, contract or other project agreement.
Depending on the project, that documentation may specify matters including scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timelines, revisions, responsibilities, intellectual-property rights, support and other project-specific conditions.
If a project agreement conflicts with these Website Terms in relation to that project, the project agreement will apply to the extent of that conflict.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the AUREUS name, branding, logo, original website design, original written content and other original materials created by or for AUREUS are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Some images, screenshots, logos, products, client materials and other content displayed on the website may belong to clients, licensors or other third parties. Their inclusion on the website does not transfer ownership to AUREUS or to website visitors.
You may view the website for normal personal or business-information purposes and share links to its public pages.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially reuse protected AUREUS content or branding without permission or another lawful basis.
Intellectual-property ownership for work created for a client is determined by the applicable project agreement.
Portfolio and project content
AUREUS may use its Work section to present genuine projects and project information that it is authorised to publish.
Client names, trademarks, logos, product images, screenshots and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
Their appearance in a case study or portfolio does not imply that AUREUS owns those third-party rights.
If you own or represent material displayed on the website and believe it should be corrected or removed, contact hello@aureusmediatech.com.
Illustrative imagery
Some areas of the website may temporarily use clearly identified illustrative or computer-generated imagery to communicate the intended visual direction of AUREUS’s services.
Such imagery is not presented as completed client work, a real client engagement or evidence that the people depicted are AUREUS personnel.
Genuine project work shown in the Work section is kept separate from illustrative imagery.
Third-party services and links
This website may link to external websites or services, including client websites, WhatsApp, telephone and email services.
AUREUS does not control third-party websites or services.
When you leave this website or use an external service, that provider’s own terms, privacy practices and policies may apply.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
AUREUS may modify, suspend or maintain parts of the website when reasonably necessary.
Liability
The website and its general informational content are provided for informational purposes.
You should not treat general website information as a substitute for the terms agreed for a specific project.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AUREUS will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on general website information, temporary website unavailability, or third-party websites or services outside AUREUS’s control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, subject to any rights or protections that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Changes to these terms
AUREUS may update these Website Terms when the website, its services or relevant business practices change.
The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.
